Branding / User Interface / User Experience
Little Goat is a local coffee shop that aims to bring the community together through its coffee beans from around the world. They have a small online presence and do not have many ways to encourage repeat customers or foster a virtual community. The Little Goat Rewards App will allow customers to gain points from their purchases and have access to special offers that can be traded for different rewards.

Background
After meeting with the co-owner of Little Goat, Olivia, we learned that Little Goat doesn’t want to take away from the in-person communication in their Delaware shop but wants to add a digital element to enhance this interaction. Little Goat focuses on connections made between customers, baristas, and the local community. Although they are very inclusive and have customers of all ages and backgrounds, their location on a college campus makes students a prevalent customer. Little Goat does in-house roasting of coffee beans around the world. Their interface needs to have this human connection present, appeal to their main customers, and highlight their coffee beans from around the world.User Personas

Illustrations
Fun and silly goat illustrations created by Kaylin, help to guide the users through onboarding, offers, and passport stamps.
Refining
The original version of the app design was too static, used too much text, was confusing for the users, and didn't bring in Little Goat's fun personality.
